    We’ll start by digging beneath the surface of your business. Through a guided questionnaire or a live call, we’ll explore your story, audience, values, and goals — so your visual identity is more than just a look. It’s a reflection of who you are, why you exist, and who you serve. Every design decision that follows will be intentional and rooted in meaning.

A 90 minute, collaborative 1:1 workshop to dive deeper into your brand’s tone, customer psychology, and positioning while uncovering the emotional drivers that shape connection, loyalty, and sales. Ideal for service providers and anyone in sales-forward roles.

1. Book Your Free Consultation (15 min)

We’ll hop on a quick call to connect, discuss your goals, and determine whether we’re a good fit.

2. Kickoff Session (45 min)

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a deeper session. Bring any existing brand materials (logo, color palette, past marketing, etc.). We’ll align on vision, scope, and next steps. A 50% deposit is due at this time to begin work.

3. Let the Magic Happen

Once your assets are ready, we’ll schedule a final call to walk through how to use everything with intention including everything from applying your new logo and color palette to maintaining consistency in tone and design. You’ll get clear guidance on how to keep your brand cohesive across platforms, plus your full brand kit delivered in organized, ready-to-use files.

4. A Few Things to Know

  • Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit to start. Remaining 50% due upon completion, before final assets are released.

  • Revisions: Each package includes one round of light revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional changes may incur a fee.

  • Ownership: Final deliverables are yours to keep and use freely. I reserve the right to showcase finished work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel the project after the deposit, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

  • Communication: Most updates and questions are handled via email unless we schedule a check-in. I value clarity and responsiveness—same from you makes the process run smoothly!
