  • We’ll set up a simple video editing workspace for you using CapCut, a free, beginner-friendly editing app available on desktop or mobile. No editing experience needed, you just drag, drop, and post.

    You’ll receive branded video templates built for your business, including:

    • Animated text overlays for clear messaging

    • A smooth transition to keep viewers engaged

    • A custom branded end card to reinforce your identity

    These templates will be delivered in 9:16 format for stories and reels.

The How.

1. Book Your Free Consultation (15 min)

We’ll hop on a quick call to connect, discuss your goals, and determine whether we’re a good fit.

2. Kickoff Session (45 min)

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a deeper session. Bring any existing brand materials (logo, color palette, past marketing, etc.). We’ll align on vision, scope, and next steps. A 50% deposit is due at this time to begin work.

3. Let the Magic Happen

We’ll get to work! You’ll receive your deliverables within 10 business days. Upon delivery, the remaining balance is due. You’ll also receive a walkthrough video showing how to navigate each platform and generate new artwork for yourself. The walkthrough will be simple, clear, plenty of room for questions, and it will be recorded so you can revisit it anytime.

4. A Few Things to Know

  • Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit to start. The remaining 50% due upon completion, before final assets are released.

  • Revisions: Each package includes one round of light revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional changes may incur a fee.

  • Ownership: Final deliverables are yours to keep and use freely. I reserve the right to showcase finished work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel the project after the deposit, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

  • Communication: Most updates and questions are handled via email unless we schedule a check-in. I value clarity and responsiveness—same from you makes the process run smoothly!
